run.cloud is billed separately from Newly. Access to one product does not automatically grant access to the other unless your organization has a plan that includes both.

Product access

Your account can use run.cloud when it has either:
  • an active run.cloud subscription or entitlement; or
  • an active metered account with a positive minute balance.
Creating an iOS simulator session requires an available run.cloud minute balance.

Metering model

Simulator sessions are charged while active. Releasing a session stops future charges and closes the remote simulator. If the account balance reaches zero, active simulator sessions are closed automatically.

What to expect

The dashboard shows:
  • product access;
  • current minute balance;
  • active and released simulator sessions;
  • recent usage.
