run.cloud is billed separately from Newly. Access to one product does not automatically grant access to the other unless your organization has a plan that includes both.

Product access

Your organization can use run.cloud when it has active run.cloud billing and is not suspended or over its credit limit. Each run.cloud resource is owned by an organization. Personal accounts use an invisible personal organization; team usage is attributed to the selected team organization.

Metering model

Simulator sessions are metered while active. Releasing a session stops future metering and closes the remote simulator. If an organization reaches its run.cloud credit ceiling or becomes suspended, new sessions are blocked and active sessions are closed automatically. What to expect

The dashboard shows:
  • product access;
  • organization credit and unpaid usage;
  • active and released simulator sessions;
  • recent usage.
